"All I can say is WOW! I have had the pleasure of working with Tim at Tim’s Alignment after a referral from my dad, and let me tell you, I am NOT disappointed! I was unfortunate enough to have been rear-ended and my car was totaled. I went in to Tim’s Alignment and spoke to Tim directly, told him my situation and asked how much to make it structurally sound and safe to drive. He gave me a quote (free of charge), and a few weeks later I took it in to get fixed (even though he said he would be able to get it in quicker, I couldn’t take it in earlier). It ended up being ready a few days prior to him telling me it would be (bonus!) and when I saw it, it looked brand new! I am AMAZED at how good it looks. I 10000% recommend this shop!"

"I have purchased two vehicles from Tim (2001 Tahoe and 2006 Mazda 6s) and any further vehicle purchases I can guarantee will be through him and his team! Tim has found me and my family the perfect vehicle we are looking for every time. But that's not all this hard working team does right, their service is unmatched! I live over an hour away, and I refuse to let any other shop look at my vehicles besides Tim's. That's because I know I will get not only a great turnaround time, but also that the vehicle service and customer service I receive will be top notch. When Tim says "We'll get that fixed for you", he means it! His team does a great job communicating with you while they service your vehicle, and do a great job putting all of that into words and terms you can understand. His team goes above and beyond for his customers, a trait that is very hard to find these days! I know when I drop my vehicle off at Tim's to get service, I will not only receive 100% honesty and 100% integrity from him and his team, but also 100% satisfaction in the final product and for a great price. Tim stands behind his work and makes sure you and your vehicle leaves 100% satisfied. That is why 100% of my trust is in Tim and team! When I say I am a customer for life, and that I will only go to Tim's for all my vehicle needs, I mean it. Do yourself and your vehicle a favor and go to Tim's for any automotive service you need.
